Choosing quality products is an important part of every affiliate campaign, because you want to make sure that you are setting up campaigns around products that are likely to convert.

This means that you need to spend time carefully researching and evaluating products in order to choose winners. Your ability to generate commissions and convert visitors into buyers depends on the quality and brand of the products you choose.

When it comes to choosing a niche, there are two methods that will help you get started:

1) Choose a niche that is evergreen
2) Identify demand and profitability based on existing competition

One of the most important things you can do is first evaluate and identify niche markets that encompass three major elements:

1) You can easily identify exactly who your audience is.
2) There are motivated, active buyers in the niche market.
3) You are able to penetrate the market with your campaigns.

There’s no sense in trying to find an untapped niche market. There are few of them out there and those that exist would take a lot of work in order to penetrate.  Then, you’d have to condition buyers, research angles and test out different campaigns and approaches before you determine what was successful.

Forget about that!  It’s always easier to make money in niches that are already proven to be profitable, because if you do that, you’ll instantly maximize your chances of building a successful campaign.

Evaluating markets doesn’t have to be difficult.  Your primary objective is to determine the viability of a market based on existing demand and buyers.

You do this a number of different ways, including by researching the number of products in the market versus the demand / size of the customer base. In most cases, you’ll be able to determine the viability of a market, (or even a specific product) in a matter of minutes just by using a combination of market research with search engine research.

You always want to conduct as much research about your markets as possible so that you can really understand what your target audience is interested in and create compelling campaigns that ‘speak their language’, essentially communicating directly to your target audience.

You want to know:

  • What people are currently buying
  • Where there are any potential market gaps for products you could create
  • How much of a demand exists in the market
  • What your customer base is most interested in, concerned with, needing help with.

In other words, pay attention to who you are selling to before you determine what you are going to sell and your campaigns will be successful.

If you’re currently building a list of subscribers then here’s something you absolutely must take a look at right now:  Magic Pop Bars

Here’s The Scoop!  Chances are, like us, you’re already capturing new leads & subscribers directly from your website…  And if you’re using convential methods such as pop-ups, pop-unders, sliding pops, inline forms (Or basically anything like that), you’ll be amazed by a new software tool called ‘Magic Pop Bars’  You can see it in action on the main site here

We’ve been secretly testing this awesome new app on one of our high traffic sites all weekend and the results have been STAGGERING!

Now under normal circumstances I’d hang back before telling you about something like this, but compared to a traditional pop-up window method of collecting new subscribers we’re already seeing a boost in sign -ups at a rate of 242% (YES!  Almost two and a half times the current conversion rate)  So basically if you want to build your list faster from the same level of traffic that you’re already getting check it out (there’s a full 60 day money back guarantee offered at the site so you’ve nothing to lose on this one)

But here’s something really unique about this new software:  You can add it to your site in just minutes (because unlike anything else on the market there’s no need to edit or change any of your current web pages)  – If you have a few sites and/or lots of pages that’s a massive time saver!

And as you’ll see when you visit the site this new tool does so much more than simply boosting your current subscription rates… You can put “Magic Pop Bars” on other people’s websites, including search engines and directories. (Use it in conjunction with blogging, forums, Twitter or other social marketing). You can even use it with your affiliate links, to build your list while you earn commissions and promote other sites.

Do You Market Using Blogs, Twitter, Social Sites, Or Articles?…

Magic Banner Bot SoftwareIf you currently market through blogs, forums, articles, Twitter, or any of the social sites, then you’re going to LOVE the new Magic Banner Bot.

This software solves one of the biggest problems with social/blog/article marketing.

With these types of marketing, you can’t just promote your own sales sites and affiliate links all the time. If you do, you will likely lose all your visitors/friends/followers. (And for social sites, you can even get banned from the site altogether).

So you need to maintain credibility, by discussing other things and other web pages.

For example, if you were in a “dog” niche, you’d discuss interesting dog issues and websites.

This means you need to promote some web pages without getting paid anything for it. But Magic Banner Bot addresses this issue, by allowing you to put your own advertising “Magic Banner” on these web pages, when you post or tweet about them.

You still get credibility from promoting the page – but you also get the benefits of advertising your own offers or affiliate links at the same time.

Magic Banners are much more effective than ordinary banners, because they “float” above the page and scroll with it, drawing the attention of the visitor. This directly translates into more clicks – and more money. This gives you a powerful new way to boost your profits, with very little extra effort.

But Is It Legal?

Don’t Worry! Magic Banner Bot does not actually change web pages when it adds a Magic Banner to them. It uses technology called an “overlay frame” which is placed over the top of the web page by the visitors browser (this feature is supported by all the major browsers). There are therefore no copyright issues with using Magic Banners. Owners of websites can block “overlay frame” technology if they wish, but very few owners actually do so because it reduces their chances of getting links/traffic to their sites.

Prior to television, commercials used to be aired on the radio. Before radio, businesses used to advertise their wares in a variety of different ways, mostly through print media. Even before print media, metal signs depicting the nature of the product were produced.

Simply put for as long as there have been people in business, they have sought different ways to advertise their business. The purpose was to get more sales leads and generate more revenue for the business. And things haven’t really changed. Although advertising has come a long way, the nature of the reason for advertising has not changed since the days of the metal signs.

Radio commercials used to often feature jingles. The purpose of these jingles were to make the listener remember the product. Remember that people could not visualize the product back then, so they identified with the jingle. Commercial jingles were so popular, they were also later used in television advertising, although they seem to have lost their appeal.

Early radio advertisers were the sponsors of the radio program. They were short and sweet and people were forced to listen because they didn’t want to miss the next installment of their favorite radio show. Plus, back in those days, there was no remote control :-)

When television came out in the late 1940s, advertisers quickly saw this as a good media to sell their product. They began sponsoring certain television shows. They often found ways to not only sponsor by their frequent commercials, but also within the program itself. One example of this is the old “I Love Lucy” television program, probably one of the most popular sitcoms of all times.

It was sponsored by Phillip Morris. Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz had stipulations in their contract that they had to often be seen smoking during the program. This is why Ricky was often seen coming out of his child’s bedroom with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth.

In return for their sponsorship, the program aired. People were treated to all sorts of commercials in black and white that would seem very amateurish to people today. Madison Avenue was always the place for the big “ad men.” It soon became apparent that in addition to designing clever ads for magazines and billboards, they had to film commercial ads. The needed actors and cameras, lights and sets.

Was it worth it?

There were those businesses who thought that television would never last. They balked at the idea of spending a lot more money to advertise on television. And they certainly didn’t want to pay to sponsor an entire program.

And the clue here is that most of those businesses have now gone out of business.
